Effective: 1 April 2026 | AGENTIQ Fuel Security Intelligence Dashboard

⚠ IMPORTANT: This dashboard provides open-source intelligence (OSINT) for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, risk management advice, security consulting, or any form of professional recommendation. You use this dashboard entirely at your own risk.

1. Operator

This dashboard ("Dashboard") is operated by iTools Advisory & Technology Pty Ltd, trading as AGENTIQ Security (ABN 67 648 999 731), a company registered in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Dashboard.

3. Nature of the Dashboard

The Dashboard is an automated open-source intelligence (OSINT) aggregation and visualisation tool. It collects, processes, and displays publicly available information relating to fuel security incidents worldwide. Specifically:

All data is sourced from publicly available open sources (news articles, government media releases, public reports).
Data is processed using automated systems including artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) which may introduce errors, omissions, or misclassifications.
Incident data, threat classifications, geographic coordinates, and analytical outputs are generated programmatically and have not been individually verified by a human analyst unless explicitly stated.

4. No Professional Advice

The Dashboard does NOT provide and must NOT be relied upon as:

Legal advice — Do not use Dashboard data for legal proceedings, regulatory compliance, or legal decision-making.
Risk management advice — Do not use Dashboard data as a substitute for professional security risk assessments.
Security consulting — The Dashboard does not replace qualified security professionals or threat intelligence analysts.
Insurance or actuarial advice — Do not use Dashboard data for underwriting, claims assessment, or actuarial purposes.
Investment advice — Do not make financial or investment decisions based on Dashboard data.
Operational intelligence — Do not use Dashboard data to direct operational security decisions without independent verification.

If you require professional advice regarding fuel security, risk management, or related matters, you should engage a qualified professional.

5. No Guarantees — Data Accuracy

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

The accuracy of incident data, locations, dates, descriptions, or classifications.
The completeness of geographic or temporal coverage — the Dashboard does not capture all fuel security incidents globally.
The timeliness of data — processing delays may mean data is not current.
The reliability of automated classifications — AI-generated threat taxonomies, technique assignments, and analytical outputs may contain errors.
The accuracy of geocoding — map coordinates are approximations and may not reflect precise incident locations.
The validity of source material — we do not verify the accuracy of underlying open-source reports.

6. Verify Source Data

Users are strongly advised to independently verify all incident data, source materials, and analytical outputs before taking any action. Source URLs are provided where available — always consult the original source.

7. Exclusion of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability arising from or in connection with your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Dashboard or its content.

The Dashboard and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Without limitation, we shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or any other intangible losses
Actions taken, decisions made, or conclusions drawn based on Dashboard data
Errors, omissions, misclassifications, or inaccuracies in automated data processing
Reliance on AI-generated classifications, threat assessments, or analytical outputs
Unavailability, interruption, or discontinuation of the Dashboard

To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Dashboard shall not exceed AUD $100. The existence of this fallback limitation does not constitute an admission that any liability arises from your use of the Dashboard.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGENTIQ Security, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Dashboard or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dashboard design, code, branding, and analytical methodologies are the intellectual property of iTools Advisory & Technology Pty Ltd. Underlying incident data is sourced from public sources and attributed accordingly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Dashboard without written permission.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Dashboard. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Dashboard at any time without notice. We accept no liability for any downtime or loss of access.

11. Third-Party Links

The Dashboard may contain links to third-party websites (including source articles). We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
